Albuquerque, New Mexico does not have a lot of haunted houses or Halloween attractions but the few that they do offer are quite good. Here is a list of some Halloween attractions in and around the area to enjoy with your family. Some of these might not be appropriate for very young children. It is open to the parents discretion. All children are different.
1) Primitive Fear located at 6600 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, Bernalillo, New Mexico 87110
Primitive Fear is a very extreme haunted house and may not be suitable for very young children.
They open nightly in October. Their hours are normally from 6pm- 10pm Sundays through Thursdays and from 6pm-midnight Fridays through Saturdays. Admission is $14.00 per person or $20.00 per person for VIP which means no waiting in a line.

2) 13 Street Manor located at 2100 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM
This tends to be an extreme haunted house filled with many adult scares. It may not be suitable for young children.
It will be open every night in October. Admission is $14.00 per person and $20.00 per person for VIP membership which means that you do not have to wait in the line.

3) Ghost Tour Of Old Town Albuquerque
This is a very fun and informative tour that takes ninety minutes. It is lead by a guide with a lantern who will tell you the tales of the historic city and its ghosts.
The tours are held nightly. They charge $20.00 per person, $18.00 for seniors 55 and up, $18.00 for military, $16.00 for children between the ages of 13-17, $10.00 for ages 6-13, and children under five are free.
This is truly fun for the whole family and it is also very educational.
For the older children and adults they offer a special Moonlight Ghost Tour. They feel this is not appropriate for children under the age of 13. This wonderful tour is held only in October. It begins at 10pm.
