Sugar’s Ribs is a fairly new barbecue restaurant that opened in 2007 along Missionary Ridge. The restaurant touts itself as a barbecue restaurant for the “B.B.Q. purist”, and compares itself to a side of the road barbecue stand. However with a one hundred seat dining room, and more seating on the heated deck, Sugar’s Ribs is no side of the road stand.
The restaurant has a full menu, along with a take out menu for bulk orders. Sugar’s Ribs is open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, while staying open until 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer months.
