The aftermath from Jeff using the Coup D’Etat combined with all the tension that has been brewing in the house leads one houseguest to actually walk out the door and leave the show.
The houseguests are woken up at 10:00 a.m. and everyone starts preparing for the day. Jordan tells Jeff that Michele says she is nominating Natalie and Chima. Lydia and Russell are in the kitchen not speaking.
Lydia and Natalie are bonding over losing Jessie. Neither of them understand what Jessie’s problem with Kevin was about. Chima joins them in the red bedroom and she is still calling Russell a terrorist. She says “He’s not even Catholic. He’s extremist Muslim terrorist.” Jeff walks into the room to get a shirt and Chima says “I guess America likes voting for ****. It’s been proven time and time again.
Michele calls everyone out for the Have/Have Not Competition. It goes from 12:15 p.m. until 2:20 p.m.
Everyone is taking showers because it was a messy competition. Natalie won a slop pass. Jeff still has one day left of taking cold showers because of a penalty he had from the previous week. Russell is complaining that “this was supposed to be a fun one and they had to make it miserable.” Russell had a rough time because there are certain foods, primarily vegetables, that he does not eat. Apparently, they had to taste things and guess what they were. Russell is disgusted with Chima, Lydia, Natalie and Kevin and wants them all out of the game.
Lydia and Kevin are Have Nots this week, but it sounds as if nobody has to sleep in the Have Not room.
Russell admits to Michele that he had a deal with Jessie, which is why he voted to evict Natalie. He promises her that he is giving her his same word, that he will not put her up.
Natalie is in the shower talking about the competition. She says they won food for each day, except one and they won two out of three luxury prizes, one being a grill.
The dining room table is smaller.
Chima is complaining that she cannot get the stuff out of her hair. Chima and Natalie are both complaining about Jeff being handed a power because he cannot win anything for himself. Kevin comes into the bathroom and they all start talking about the upcoming nominations. When Michele walks into the room, Chima jumps on her about not believing any of Russell’s lies and how he is good at pulling the wool over people’s eyes. Michele does not engage with her, except to tell her that she has a mind of her own.
When Michele walks away, Natalie mocks her “I have a mind of my own,” and says that after the POV on Saturday, they are going to be throwing buckets of water on people.
Michele tells Russell what the girls were saying about him and he laughs.
Jeff is excited about the grill. He cannot eat until later tonight, so he is marinating steaks for later.
Tension is building in the house, and it is almost eerily quiet.
Natalie went up to talk to Michele, wanting to know who Michele was considering nominating. Natalie is worried she is being nominated and Michele does not deny it, except to say she does not want Natalie to go home this week. Michele tells her she only needs three votes. Natalie does not want to be a pawn unless she is put up against Russell, because that would prove she wants Natalie to stay. Natalie keeps pushing Russell as a nominee, telling her he cannot be trusted. She also keeps telling Michele that she gave her and Chima her word. Michele apologizes for giving her her word. She says she is running out of people to nominate, which only leaves her friends. Natalie tells her that if she goes to the Jury House, Michele will not get hers or Jessie’s vote. Michele tells her “I will do what I have to do.” Natalie says “I will do what I gotta do. We will all have to deal with the repercussions.” Michele tells Natalie to stay strong, that it is going to be a long week.
Natalie leaves and Chima enters. Michele tells Chima that she is not going to be happy with Michele’s nominees. She says she needs Russell and Jeff to make sure she does not go home next week. Chima goes on and on about Russell and his lies and all the stuff he has said about Michele. Chima says Jeff and Jordan think of Michele as expendable.
While Chima continues to berate Michele about Russell, Lydia is talking aloud to the cameras about a penalty against Michele for alluding to Natalie who she was going to nominate. Natalie is flipping through the rule book to see if Michele broke any rules for telling her she was nominating her.
Jeff, Jordan and Russell are talking outside about what life will be like in the house when Chima and Natalie are put on the block. Jordan says they need to ask for tents so they can all sleep in the backyard. Jeff says it is nothing they need to get worried about.
Jeff goes upstairs to save Michele from Chima. Jeff mentions laundry as his excuse for coming up there and then he invites Michele outside. She accepts his offer and he tells her about the grill. Russell asks her how things went upstairs and she says Chima does not want to be nominated based on misinformation last week.
Jeff, Russell and Michele are complaining about Chima and how she acts like she is the only person with laundry and how she leaves her dirty dishes for other people to wash.
Chima is talking to Natalie and Kevin about her conversation with Michele. She says Michele is nominating two people out of Lydia, Kevin, Natalie and her (Chima). Chima wants them to convince her to put up Russell. Kevin explains to Chima that if she does that, she is giving up control to the four of them because they would control the votes.
Lydia has the rule book back out and she wants Natalie to go with her into the Diary Room to show them that Michele has broken the rules by telling Natalie she is being nominated. Instead, Michele is called to the Diary Room so she can pick her nominations.
They have to go outside and Chima sees Jeff’s laundry waiting to be done, so she puts hers in for a second cycle.
When the live feeds come back from the Nomination Ceremony, Jeff is upset about his clothes. It sounds like Chima, Lydia and Natalie have threatened to pour lotion and stuff on his clothes. Jeff says if they mess with his clothes, he will put theirs on the grill.
Natalie is back to reading the rule book. Natalie says Michele is in trouble with God. Natalie keeps reading the rule book aloud, which makes the live feeds go in and out because Producers do not want those of us at home to know what is in that book.
Michele tells Jeff that she is in trouble with God. Jeff asks “Natalie said that?” Michele nods yes and they both laugh.
Natalie says Michele is going to get sick from Karma for what she did to Chima. Lydia says “Apparently, Michele is not for a woman winning.” Chima says “This is exactly why women don’t win.” Natalie says Michele says she wants the best person to win.
We finally learn that Natalie and Chima were both nominated.
Chima keeps saying she does not want to be there. She has the covers over her head and says “Now I hate Michele and Russell and Jeff equally and there’s nothing I can do about it.” She really does not see the point in staying in the game when they no longer have the numbers. Natalie tries to encourage her that they could win the POV. Natalie is still reading the rule book aloud and the live feeds continue to be interrupted.
In the HOH room, Michele is telling a story to Jeff, Jordan and Russell. She was walking on a bridge in the winter and someone called her name, so she turned back and walked right off the bridge into freezing water. They tells a few more stories, then start talking about Natalie and Lydia fighting over who gets to go to the Jury House first to be alone with Jessie. They talk about who to pick for the POV if Michele gets to choose. Jordan thinks Russell should play because he is a better competitor.
The house has been on a lockdown, so they cannot go outside and use the grill. Jordan is hungry and wants the guys to cook.
When Jeff and Jordan come downstairs, Kevin tells them he has nothing to do with what the girls did. Chima, Lydia and Natalie took the clothes out of the red bedroom drawers and put them on a bed in the pool room. Jeff is angry, because it is his things. He moves his stuff back into the drawers in the red bedroom.
While Jeff puts his clothes away, Natalie is smiling as she reads the rule book. Chima and Lydia are under the covers. Jordan sits there looking sad. Jeff yells for them not to touch his stuff again. Natalie asks him if he is talking to her. He says “You know who I’m talking to.” Natalie says “No, I don’t know who you are talking to.” Jeff goes into the pool room and lays down, closing his eyes.
Jordan says she hears them setting up the POV Competition.
Chima gets called to the Diary Room for a warning about what they have been doing. Lydia and Natalie go out to eat something while they wait for the lockdown to be over. Jeff walks by and gives them dirty looks.
Natalie and Lydia have moved the chess set to the red bedroom. They plan to use it to make a calendar to study for future competitions. Natalie and Lydia are trying to remember the names of the competitions. They are using candy to mark their calendar.
At 9:00 p.m., Jeff starts eating leftover pizza and chinese while he waits for the lockdown to be over so he can grill his steaks. Natalie claims Jeff is eating fifteen minutes too early. Lydia goes in to check the clock and comes back to tell Natalie it is 9:11.”
Natalie is working herself up into a frenzy. When Michele walks into the room, she bad mouths her to Lydia in front of Michele. When Jeff is called to the Diary Room, she said he is being given another power to mess up their lives. Natalie says she is going to take buckets of water and pour on all their beds.
The lockdown is finally over at 9:35 p.m. Kevin goes outside first and finds a miniature golf type game. They are getting to practice for the POV. Jeff tells Producers they ruined his barbeque experience and he will wait until eleven to grill the steaks.
When Natalie and Lydia come outside, they say it is designed for Russell to win because he is good at golf. Natalie says Chima is the one who needs to practice the most. She wants Lydia to go inside and wake her up. Natalie and Lydia have taken over the game while Russell, Jeff and Michele wait patiently to get their chance to play.
Michele, Jordan, Jeff, Russell and Kevin are inside talking now because the girls will not let them have a turn. Russell decides to go ahead a use their new grill. He is making chicken, steak and zucchini. Jeff is stuffed from eating all the leftovers. Kevin is apologizing to Jeff about what happened with his clothes. Kevin said he had nothing to do with it, but the girls put all his things in his drawers with his stuff and he just took it out and put it on the bed.
Natalie says she intends to hog the game all night.
Kevin decides to wake Chima up and get her to go outside and practice for the POV. This is when everything hit the fan. Chima’s anger has finally come to a boil and this time it is directed at production. She has a standoff with Producers where they actually have to come into the house. Chima walks out the door and quits the game. For complete details, see my article: ( Chima Quits Show! )
The live feeds are interrupted while Producers come into the house, and when they come back on, Chima is gone and everyone is talking about her exit and the behavior that led up to it.
Jeff thinks Producers will get her some mental help. Everyone wonders how this will be handled. Will there be an eviction? Will Ronnie get to be a Jury member? Will America get a Jury vote? Is there going to be a double eviction this week? They go to sleep without any answers.
