Today’s big event is the Veto Meeting, but trouble is brewing between Natalie and Lydia. Jessie is not helping these girls get along either!
Learning that he is most likely going on the block, Casey finds it difficult to sleep. Even though he has to wear the banana suit whenever he is up, he stays up until after 4:00 a.m., then gets back up ninety minutes later to smoke and shower, then goes back to bed .
The house is woken up at 7:50 a.m. Lydia is cooking a big breakfast, she got some of the ingredients together last night.
Everyone is sent outside from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. for a lockdown. This is probably so Producers can fix the downstairs toilet that stopped working yesterday.
Kevin and Lydia start working Michele and tell her that the Athletes are keeping Ronnie so they have the numbers to pick the rest of them off one by one. All three of them think Jordan will be used as a pawn every week.
Chima and Natalie are talking trash about Lydia. Jessie is there. Natalie does not even want her name coming out of Lydia’s mouth. Natalie does not like Lydia talking to Jessie at all and he wants to know why. She says she just does not like her talking to him. Natalie pushes for Lydia to go up instead of Casey. Natalie says “Please God, please God, I need to win.” Jessie scolds her and says “Everyone is praying to the same God and one of us has to lose… pray for strength instead.” Chima says “Please God, I pray to keep my mouth closed,” then she laughs. Natalie says “I say send Lydia home, right Chima?” Chima says “No.” Natalie continues to trash Lydia.
Meanwhile, Lydia and Kevin left Michele so Michele could take a nap and went to lay in bed together to talk. Jordan joins their conversation and Lydia says she heard Jordan say “Backdoor Ronnie” in her sleep. They talk about how the numbers are against them, then go on to discuss Ronnie and all his lies. After they are talked out, the three of them take a nap.
Jeff and Casey are in the backyard talking about how Russell is a follower, but is pretending he is running things. They say Natalie is riding Jessie’s coattails and wearing his t-shirts everyday.
Natalie is talking about knocking Lydia out and Jessie tells her he will stop her from doing so. Natalie says “You don’t understand, I would like to break Lydia in half.” Natalie is demanding Jessie put Lydia up. Then she tells Producers aloud that it should be just like high school with a schoolyard fight. Jessie tells her to just pray for Lydia every night and to “Bite the bullet,” then gives an example of how some guy stole over a thousand dollars worth of stuff from him, but he had to go to class with the guy everyday. Chima says if she won HOH, she would be rubbing it in people’s faces that they were going home, then she leaves the room. Jessie asks if Natalie is okay and she says she is fine. Jessie says “You’re too cute to be mad.”
Elsewhere, Casey and Jeff continue to lament their situation. They talk about how Ronnie was locked in his room for days just a few days ago and now he is safe. Jeff says someone needs to put Jessie on the block to make him start scrambling, but he cannot because they are in the same clique, so he needs someone else to do it.
Around 11:00 a.m., Producers start calling people into the Diary Room to get interview footage before the Veto Meeting. Casey, Jeff and Michele sit outside talking and Casey says “Banana suit, margarita party and evicted in the same week. That must be some sort of record.” Jeff says “At least you’re not bitter about it,” which makes them all laugh.
Everyone is sent outside for a lockdown which lasts for twenty minutes in complete awkward silence. Then the Veto Meeting takes place. Michele used the Veto on herself and Jessie nominated Casey in her place. Casey is upset that there is no outrage from Ronnie not being nominated. Jeff is annoyed that Jessie did the Veto Meeting in sunglasses. When Ronnie is called to the Diary Room, Casey yells out “Teflon Ron…nothing sticks to that dude.”
Lydia goes upstairs and climbs in bed with Jessie. She tries to pull the blanket up over them and he tells her he is too hot, then puts a pillow between them. He tells her to get out and she thinks he is joking and tells him to “Chill out.” She keeps trying to seduce him, but he is not responding. Lydia asks “What if magically my clothes disappeared?” Jessie says “Then they would disappear.” She says “Just hypothetically speaking.” She starts moving towards him under the blankets and he asks her what she is doing. She tells him she is looking for him. He says he does not like what she is wearing because they are boy clothes. She tells him she is not wearing boy clothes anymore. He peeks under the blankets and still does not engage. He changes the subject to his Veto Meeting speech. Lydia gives it one more try, then gives up and says she is going to let him take a nap and will be back later. Jessie points out his bodily reaction to her and she gets under the covers and kisses him before leaving.
Natalie immediately enters the room. He offers her something to eat, but she wants to talk about how much she does not like Lydia. Natalie asked what he and Lydia were talking about and he tells her “The vote.” Natalie says she hates Lydia and cannot stand the way Lydia comes up there and uses Jessie and goes around thinking she “has” him. Natalie does not like Jessie talking to her and he asks why. She says “Because I just don’t.”
Outside, Kevin is encouraging Casey to fight to stay. He tells him to work Chima because she is the weakest link in the chain, but Michele blows with the wind. Kevin tells Casey that he and Lydia will vote for him to stay if Casey can get the numbers. Casey says he does not have five votes and he is not talking to Ronnie on principle.
Lydia is getting dressed up and putting on make-up for Jessie. Ronnie comes over and tells her that he has not lied to her or Kevin. Then everyone is sent outside on lockdown.
The entire twenty minutes of the lockdown, everyone sat outside completely silent. Even the cameramen were bored and kept doing odd things with their zoom lens. The only thing worth noting is that Natalie kept giving Lydia dirty looks.
Once the lockdown is over, Ronnie goes immediately to Jessie to tell tall tales on Lydia. Lydia and Kevin console Casey, then go off to talk alone where they piece together that Ronnie has been lying to them again and things are happening in the house that they are being kept out of the loop on.
Lydia gets up and goes to talk to Jeff and Jordan. Lydia is confused because if everyone hated Ronnie so much last week, why are they all spending so much time with him. Lydia also thinks Russell was faking all the yelling at Ronnie. Casey comes in to lay down, then Lydia and Jordan leave. Jordan goes out to get something to eat where most of the houseguests are talking around the table. Lydia goes upstairs to the HOH. Jessie and Kevin are playing chess.
Jessie is quizzing Kevin on his stance on Casey’s nomination. Kevin is telling Jessie that he is okay as long as it is not him. They stop talking and just play. Then Natalie comes up to go into the HOH room, but Jessie tells her Lydia is in there. Natalie goes in regardless and beings making a lot of noise as Lydia is sleeping. After Natalie grabs some snacks, she joins Kevin and Jessie at the chessboard.
Ronnie talks to Jessie and Natalie privately and discusses a new way to fix the HOH Competition. Since Lydia and Kevin know their plan to alway pick “A,” they will just do the opposite and always pick “B.”
Everyone hangs outside, some exercising, others just talking. Natalie, Kevin and Lydia are cleaning the bathroom. The toilet is clogged again and they are blaming Ronnie. Jessie, Russell and Ronnie are working out together and Jeff comments on this. Casey is having a pity party and Jeff asks “What are you guys having for dinner? Sad burgers and cheese cries?”
After dinner, Chima sits and scratches Russell’s head as she is talking to him. She tells him he is “Like a little bear… a grumpy bear…an angry bear.” Russell gets up and dives into the pool and hits his head. Chima says he needs to see a medic because you never know about those things. Russell does not seem to want to seek medical attention.
Inside, Ronnie is doing what he loves best, imagining the what ifs of the game. He and Natalie talk about possible twists and possible upcoming competitions.
Russell is getting a headache and his neck is sore, so he is beginning to worry about hitting his head when he dove in the pool. Chima tells him again to get it checked out.
Casey is singing made up banana suit songs. Then he starts impersonating the other houseguests. Chima, Russell, Jeff, Jordan, Lydia and Kevin are out there laughing at his antics.
Natalie was bugging Lydia while Lydia was in the toilet by knocking on the door. Lydia comes outside and says that Jordan, who was showering, told her it was Natalie who was doing it. Natalie ran inside to berate Jordan for telling on her.
When Jessie, Natalie and Ronnie all come outside to sit together on the couches, it causes total silence. Lydia, Kevin, Russell, Natalie, Chima and Ronnie all sit silently while Jessie eats. Lydia could not stand sitting next to Natalie, so she got up and went inside. As they were talking about how much Presidents make, Natalie messed up and said Obama came to do a speech at her school at graduation. Chima said “Obama did?” Natalie realized her mistake and said “I mean the school I’m about to go to.”
They are all bored and Natalie says “This place is boring. I’m like ready to go home and do things,” and Kevin quipped “Did you hear Natalie? She said she wants to go home.” Natalie got defensive and said she did not say that.
Natalie wants to play practical jokes on the house and talks to Jessie and Chima about some ideas. She says they will have to let Lydia in on what they do because she stays up so late. They talk about turning the table upside down; doing a chair formation on top of the table; hiding things in the Buddha each night; hiding food; and even dismantling the hammock and hiding it.
Everyone is talking about fast food and television shows. Jeff and Jordan are flirting as usual. Russell keeps being called into the Diary Room and everyone thinks it is because they want to check his head. Jessie has fallen asleep on the backyard couch and Lydia is painting his toenails pink. Chima and Ronie are trying not to laugh and wake him up. Natalie is conveniently inside eating with Jordan when this is going on, but comes out and tells Lydia that Jessie is going to yell at her for it. Lydia tells her not to say anything. Ronnie is laughing so hard he cannot breathe. Lydia suggests they all go inside and leave Jessie sleeping on the couch. Russell is in the Diary Room.
People start going to bed around midnight. Someone is snoring while Jeff massages Jordan’s shoulder in bed. Jordan is sleepy, but chatting with Lydia, Kevin and Michele. Lydia decides to go wake up Jessie. She tells him she was thinking about him in a special way. She asks him if he wants to go to sleep upstairs, but he says he wants to eat. he wants to know who is up. Lydia tells him everyone is heading to bed. Casey is in the backyard smoking while Natalie is playing pool. Lydia goes inside to make Jessie a sandwich.
Chima, Kevin, Natalie, Ronnie and Michele are in the bathroom talking about Russell when Jessie walks in laughing about his toenails. Natalie accuses Kevin. Jessie is amazed at how good a job whomever did on his toenails. He is taking it off. Once they are both outside, Natalie tells on Lydia. She tells him not to tell she told him, but Jessie said Ronnie already told him.
Jessie and Lydia argue over the whole toenail thing. Jessie saying “If you would lie to me about such a small thing.” Lydia apologizes. Meanwhile, Michele is inside telling Ronnie and Chima that Lydia and Kevin approached her about an alliance with Jeff and Jordan.
As soon as Jessie and Natalie are in the HOH room, Ronnie runs up there to tell them about the alliance between Lydia, Kevin, Jeff and Jordan. Ronnie gets Michele to come in and tell them how Kevin approached her about joining that alliance and Michele is telling all of it.
Downstairs, Jeff has traded beds with Lydia so he can sleep with Jordan. Jeff, Jordan, Casey and Lydia all talk about Casey getting up early and banging pots around. Then they switch to game talk. Lydia tells Casey how Russell abused Ronnie and is now having secret meetings with him. Casey says Russell is drinking Ronnie’s Kool-Aid. Lydia wants Natalie gone and to give Jessie a tough time. Casey says the only way to do that is to win. Both of them do not trust Michele and do not believe what she tells them and wonder why she has been spending so much time with them.
Upstairs, Ronnie, Chima, Michele, Jessie and Natalie want to see Lydia and Kevin on slop next week. They trash talk the other side. Ronnie says Lydia and Kevin walk around the house like they are safe. Ronnie wants to tell Jeff and Jordan about Lydia and Kevin thinking that will sway them about him, but he is interrupted in mid-speech by everyone saying “No, Ronnie. Jeff and Jordan REALLY hate you.”
When Ronnie, Chima and Michele leave, Natalie confronts Jessie about talking to Lydia. She asks him “What do you have to gain by talking to her?” Jessie replied “Maybe so I can get away from you,” and stop thinking about her (Natalie). Natalie says all Lydia does is give him false information, so he should stop talking to her. They continue to argue over this.
Everyone else is sleeping. Natalie and Jessie are making breakfast at 4:30 a.m. and Lydia is in the hammock by herself. Natalie says she might just sleep in the HOH bed with Jessie tonight. Natalie goes into the bathroom and does not speak to Lydia who is doing her make-up. Jessie comes in and there is an awkward silence. When Natalie leaves the room, Lydia lets on that she knows Natalie wants her gone and Jessie tells Natalie before they say goodnight to each other. Natalie double checks that Jessie is going to lock his HOH door when he goes upstairs so Lydia cannot come in, then she goes to bed. Jessie goes up to shower in the HOH room and Lydia is still doing her make-up.
Jessie comes downstairs to ask Lydia to talk to him and she brushes him off, telling him how rude Natalie is and that Natalie is his partner in crime. He says he can carry with him whomever he wants to in this game, then begs Lydia for a hug. She tells him “When you want to listen, let me know.” Lydia goes on and on about how “entitled” Natalie acts and even comments “I did not know it was a dual HOH.” She says Natalie walks in on every conversation in the HOH and refuses to leave. Jessie is talking in circles and Lydia is too upset and ranting too much to notice.
Jessie defends Natalie, but tells Lydia he trusts her and would take her to the end, but Lydia says not if Natalie sees her as a threat. Lydia says her relationship with Jessie is love/hate and Jessie replies “So we’re using the L word now?” Lydia explains herself by saying she is sexually frustrated. Jessie promises Lydia that he will not be mad if Lydia sends Natalie home. They talk about how much better sex will be when they can move freely, then they hug and go their separate ways to bed. This is at 7:20 a.m.
