Last night, Big Brother 11 host Julie Chen let viewers in on some big news for next Tuesday’s finale of Big Brother11.
First, and this came as a complete shock to the 3 remaining houseguests, for the first time in BB history, Part 3 of the Final Head of Household competition will play out LIVE on Tuesday. That means all 3 remaining players will stay in the Big Brother house until finale night, giving the ousted houseguest NO time to try and sway the other jurors.
If you saw Tuesday night’s episode of Big Brother 11, you’re well aware that Michele Noonan was sent home. Power of Veto winner Kevin used the POV to take himself off the block (duh) and he was the sole vote for Michelle’s eviction. If you missed Michelle’s last ditch effort to sway Kevin, it’s definitely worth watching. Her “devil” speech goes down as one of the best speeches in Big Brother history.
A quick recap of Part 1 of the HOH competition: Kevin, Natalie and Jordan had to stay balanced on a revolving log. They endured weather changes (rain, snow and hail) before falling off. Jordan was the first to go. After some deal making with Kevin, Natalie jumped off. So Kevin was the winner of Part 1 of the HOH competition.
And now on to Part 2 of the Final HOH Competition.
Thursday night’s LIVE episode of Big Brother was indeed Live. For the first time in history, Big Brother waited to have Part 2 of the Final HOH on a live show. There is much speculation as to why this was done, but many fans think it’s too allow the loser less time in the jury house to try and influence the other jurors. Hmmmm….
IN any event, the game was called “heads Will Roll”. The two competitors, Natalie and Jordan, had to roll corresponding balls into slots that listed the succession of the previous 10 HOH’s. They each had 2 minutes to complete the task.
Natalie got all frazzled when one of her balls went into the wrong hole. That threw her entire game off. Natalie ended up getting 5 out of 10 answers correct.
Jordan did surprisingly well in this competition. In fact, she smoked Natalie. While one of her “Ronnie” balls went in the wrong hole, it didn’t throw Jordo off. She got 9 out of 10 answers correct.
So Jordan won Part 2 of the 3 Part Head of Household competition.
What does this mean? Well, Natalie is now at the mercy of either Kevin or Jordan. Natalie will NOT be the final Head of Household. Next Tuesday night, Kevin and Jordan will compete on Part 3 of the Head of Household competition. The winner of that event will single handedly decide who he- or she- will take to the final 2.
Also, in another great twist, America will cast one of the deciding votes for the winner of Big Brother 11. With only 6 jurors (Jessie, Lydia, Russell, Jeff, MIchele and next week’s evicted houseguest) America will be Juror #7. America’s voting will be done via text message or online. Here is a link to vote for the winner of Big Brother 11 online:
