Black Friday Sales 2009

by sawpan

Black Friday Sales 2009 details are starting to leak. The 2009 deals are just around the corner. So far, the sales leaked are exciting consumers, who assumed that their miniscule budgets wouldn’t purchase much this Christmas.

Instead of one big event, Sears is having an almost 2-month long “Black Friday Now” event. Starting this Friday, and continuing every subsequent Saturday there will be doorbuster deals at your local Sears department store.

ffice Max were leaked by BFads.net, and a cease & desist order subsequently pulled the ad from the site. Before the ad was pulled, though consumers saw amazing deals on an ACER netbook and a digital camera.

According to Fudzilla, Blu Ray players may sell for as low as $49 this Black Friday. This is an amazing deal, even considering that the Black Friday Sales 2009 deals on Blu Ray players will be for the first-generation models.

In addition to Sears’s amazing Black Friday sales events, Target also promises the lowest prices this season. Although no Target ads are leaked, you can sign on to the Target Web site to be notified when the ad is available.

Here’s a list of things that I would love to see during the Black Friday:

Ultra-portable netbooks for $150 or less

10 megapixel digital cameras for $49 or less

32 GB Apple iPod Touch for $150 or less

42″ Plasma TVs for $300 or less

50″ Plasma TVs for $400 or less

Designer bags at 50-75% off

DVDs or Blu Rays for $5 or less (hey – we can dream!)

Of course, the Black Friday sales are sure to please. They are one way that retailers can try to make up for dismal sales during the year. They are also another way to let consumers splurge and enjoy at least one more prosperous holiday season.

I also hope that the sales lead to a retail price war. I would love to reap the benefits of retailers trying to get “the best deal.”

Most Black Friday sales 2009 start at about 5 a.m. Some locations open at Midnight, so be sure to carefully read over any sale flyers you are really interested in. Nothing is worse than getting to a Black Friday sale and finding out you missed out on what you were looking for.

Furthermore, there are many online deals to be had on Black Friday. Those that can’t make the sales or are hesitant to get out with the crowd can head online to find bargains.
