Donald Trump applies the “Trump Rule” to make sure that the women in his Miss USA Pageant are the most beautiful. TMZ has uncovered an audio tape where we can hear Donald Trump applying his Trump Rule to the women who participated in his pageant.
Donald Trump is worth over a billion dollars, but if you ask people if they consider him physically attractive, not everyone will say yes. However, Donald Trump loves to apply the Trump Rule and has no qualms about letting a woman know if she is hot or not.
The most recent example of Donald Trump judging the beauty of a female was when he voiced his opinion about actress Angelina Jolie. Many people consider Angelina Jolie physically attractive. Not Mr. Trump. As reported in The National Ledger, Donald Trump said, ” She’s been with so many guys she makes me look like a baby, OK, with the other side. And, I just don’t even find her attractive.”
According to Donald Trump, he applies the Trump Rule because the most beautiful women who competed in the Miss USA Pageant were never chosen. Many would say since Donald Trump owns the Miss Universe Organization, and therefore, the Miss USA Pageant, he has every right to invoke whatever rule he wants. However, others would consider his treatment of women to be offensive.
When Donald Trump applies the Trump Rule, he separates women right in front of other women. As can be heard on the tape, women are asked to stand in two lines – the beautiful line and the not so beautiful line. For example, when Miss Ohio was chosen, she went to the not so beautiful line by mistake and was then directed by Donald Trump to go to the right line – the beautiful line.
Women who participate in Donald Trump’s Miss USA Pageant should know that they will face the Trump Rule. How can that impact a woman’s psyche? A man’s comments can affect a woman’s self esteem as reported in the Herald Sun. The women in the Miss USA Pageant are already beautiful. Being asked to step in the not so beautiful line can severely damage a woman’s self esteem. Even though Donald Trump says his Trump Rule “is just for fun” and that women had already been chosen, women interested in the pageant need to ask themselves if the exercise is fun or just plain cruel.
