New Mexico Christian Summer Camp #1: Camp Blue Haven
Camp Blue Haven is one of the best Christian camps in the country. It is located in the Sangre de Cristo mountain range in New Mexico, and is cooler that some camps. It offers lots of fun activities in the beautiful outdoors of New Mexico including hiking, campfires, cookouts, talent shows, sports and much more. Counselors are college students from Texas, New Mexico and other states.
On the website it says, “At Camp Blue Haven, we hope to grow more and more like Jesus. We hope everyone who comes to camp leaves a better, more Christ-like person!” Campers can come for one or two weeks at a time.

New Mexico Christian Summer Camp #2: Pine Springs Summer Camp
Another fantastic Christian camp in New Mexico is Pine Springs. It is owned by Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, and most of the staff are LCU students or alumni. Camp activities include fun games such as capture the flag, sports, campfires, arts and crafts and more. It has a breath-taking atmosphere and is surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest. New Mexico Christian Summer Camp #3: Mountain View Christian Camp
A third Christian camp in the New Mexico area is Mountain View Christian Camp. They offer numerous activities such as hiking, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, ping pong, air hockey, arts and crafts, funny skits and of course Bible classes and devotionals. New Mexico Christian Summer Camp #4: Ponderosa Christian Camp
Ponderosa Christian Camp is nestled in the Jemez Mountains with beautiful pine trees and a calming stream. On the website it states, it “provides a beautiful location to meet and praise God..” It offers four sessions each summer. Campers can come starting in the third grade.
