The LEGO Imagination Center looks more like a play center than a store. It’s a 3,000 square foot LEGO play place outfitted with oversized LEGO creations and play areas for kids of all ages. Get a Princess Makeover at the Bibbidi, Bobbidi Boutique
Young girls that want to play princess for the day can enjoy a magical makeover that includes hair styling and a makeup application. Girls are decked out in traditional Disney princess outfits and can enjoy the royal treatment throughout their visit. Packages start at about $50, and a photo package is available. A Cool Dude package for boys that includes a hair style and Mickey stencil is also available.
Design a T-Shirt at the Disney Design-A-Tee Store
Head to the Design-a-Tee store at the Downtown Disney Marketplace to choose your favorite Disney theme for your own custom T-shirt. Kids can choose from several fonts and colors to personalize their t-shirt and the shirt is ready for wearing in about half an hour. This is a fun place for kids of all ages to see how the design process works, and take home a custom creation.
Make Your Own Mr. Potato Head at Once Upon a Toy
The Once Upon a Toy Store is one of several giant toy stores at the Downtown Disney Marketplace, home to several popular toy sets including Star Tours action figures, Lincoln Logs, and the famous Mr. Potato Head parts station where kids can make their own custom Mr. Potato Head doll. The store is also filled with Disney merchandise and traditional board games.
Play Dress Up at the World of Disney Store
The World of Disney Store is divided into several themed rooms and features dozens of souvenirs, clothing, toys and accessories for kids of all ages. Kids can dress up as their favorite Disney hero or heroine in the Carnival Room or spend some time playing in the Wonderland Room. This is also a great place to pick up collectibles, Disney watches and personalized items for everyone in the family.
