Lowrance has discontinued their passenger vehicle line of GPS devices. Lowrance Endura GPS Series
All models in the Lowrance Endura handheld GPS series have a simplified color 2.7″ touch screen,hot key buttons for quick access to the main features, an electronic compass and barometric altimeter. Likewise, all models support GPX trails, geocaches, and POIs,
The Lowrance Endura handheld GPS devices are powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries with a 15 hour runtime. The power standby feature can be used to extend the battery life while still providing quick unit start-up. All models have a micro SD expansion slot and support SD cards up to 32GB. The Lowrance Endura Sierra also includes 4GB of internal memory.
The Lowrance Endura handheld GPS series come preloaded with a variety of detailed hill shading, topographic outdoor maps, primary and secondary roads, and can be optionally upgraded for full full turn-by-turn navigation.
The Sierra model is also preloaded with Intermap’s Accuterra topographic maps, outdoor trail networks & NAVTEQ road network for the lower 48 states.
Lowrance iFinder GPS Series
The five models in the Lowrance iFinder GPS series provide the outdoor enthusiast specialized mapping content. The iFinder series have waterproof casings and are powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries with a typical runtime of 12 – 15 hours. The iFinder Go is the most compact and delivers a whopping 50 hour runtime on a single set of AA batteries.
The Lowrance iFinder GPS models, except the iFinder Go, have dual processors for faster screen updates and include a MMC/SD memory card slot. The iFinder H2O model is designed for boaters and anglers with specialized fishing content preloaded.
The two top end models, iFinder Expedition Cand iFinder Hunt C, include a built-in electronic compass and barometric altimeter with weather predictions as well as an on-board MP3 player. The iFinder Hunt C includes specialized content for hunters, similar to the iFinder H20’s specialized content for boaters and anglers.
