The Walden Galleria is Buffalo’s “mega mall,” featuring over 200 stores and over 30 places to enjoy a meal. Located at One Galleria Drive in Cheektowaga (near the Walden Avenue/Union Road intersection), the Galleria has something for everyone.
There are five “anchor stores” at the Galleria: Dick’s Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Sears, Lord & Taylor, and Macy’s. All five of these stores are two stories, and can be accessed on both levels from the parking areas and the mall interior.
The second level of the mall is home to the newly-built Regal Cinemas. The theater features stadium-style, reclining seats in each of its 16 cinemas. Regal Cinemas often runs “date night” dinner-and-movie promotions with restaurants at the Galleria.
With 31 options available, it would be difficult to think someone couldn’t find something to eat at the Galleria; with sit-down restaurants and food-court style fast food, there’s plenty of choices for every appetite. Among the newest restaurants in the Theater wing of the mall are Bar Louie, Hyde Park Steakhouse, The Melting Pot, Bravo, and the Cheesecake Factory. Stand-alone kiosks throughout the mall include Starbucks (lower level), Dunkin’ Donuts (lower level), and Mr. Smoothie (upper level). The International Food Court, located on the upper level, includes Arby’s, Cajun Cafe, Charley’s Steakery, Landie’s Candies, Subway, Dairy Queen, Hershey’s Ice Cream, Taco Bell, Easy Wok, Oyishi Japan, Orange Julius, and Sbarro Italian Eatery. Other restaurants and specialty food shops located throughout the mall are Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Bento Zushi, and Godiva Chocolatiers, all on the lower level; and Comfort Zone, Johnny Rocket’s, Tim Horton’s, Mrs. Field’s, Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, and Pretzel Time on the upper level. New additions include Dippin’ Dots and Teavana.
Among the personal and professional service outlets available at the mall are Emy’s Nails, DeBerardini’s Salon, Lee Nails, Lenscrafters, Regis Hairstylists, and Fast Fix Jewelry Repair. JCPenney features a full-service salon, an optical center, and a portrait studio, while Sears makes available automotive service, and optical center, and a portrait studio.

Accessorize your new wardrobe with shoes from Clark’s, Easy Spirit, ECCO, Stride Rite, Nine West, or Payless Shoes, and jewelry and accessories from Clarie’s, Gordon’s Jewelers, Zales, Dakota Watch Co., and Pandora.
