With Halloween quickly approaching the first thing that comes to most minds is of course, free candy. Free Halloween candy is great because it is yummy, full of chocolate, gives you energy, and could be used as a special treat for kids, loved ones or dieters. When you have that huge bowl of chocolate Halloween candy in front of you, do you actually look at the label to see how calories this bar contains? No, most of us see the chocolate and just start pounding the chocolate away in our tummies. Then a few hours later, some of us may end in the bathroom, migraine headache, extremely hyper, or with a huge bloated stomach.
Some of the most popular Halloween candy such as Reese’s Peanut butter cups contains so many calories. Did you know that one peanut butter cup is 100 calories? To me that is many calories for one mouthful of smooth creamy peanut butter. When going down the chocolate seems to be so well worth it and tastes so good until you get to the very last one then your belly is like wow how many calories did I just consume. By then you are so full of Halloween chocolate that you end up skipping a lunch or dinner, which is not healthy. To be able to enjoy your free Halloween candy look at the calories on the back and after you eat a candy keep the wrapper in front of you. Why would you keep the wrapper in front of you?
By keeping the candy wrapper in front of you it will help remind you how many candies you have eaten. Also by keeping track of calories, it will help you fit your lunch or dinner in without feeling over bloated. What Halloween candy has the most calories? Well actually, the list is quite huge. I am only going to list the candy that I know about. The candy will be based on regular bar size, and fun size, which we mostly receive on Halloween from others.
