Halloween will soon be here. Another sixteen days and all of the little goblins will be going from door to door trick or treating. Halloween is only once a year and what else is going on in the area besides collecting candy on the big night itself? There are some exciting events lined up in the area between October 20th and the big day.
On October 20th, be sure to attend The Tecumseh District Library’s “Beyond Twilight.” It is a night of stories about real investigations of Haunted Houses in Michigan. The Southeast Michigan Ghost Hunters Society are discussing a haunted house investigation as well as other haunted investigations. October 27th. Shenanigans: A Halloween Story Time designed for 3-year-olds through second graders. This event is being held at the Tecumseh District Library at 215 N Ottawa Street, Tecumseh. October 30th The Tecumseh Center for the Arts is presenting Dave King and his band. Monster Mash Spooktacular will be a night of listening to popular songs from Ghost Busters, Ghost Riders in the Sky, Witch Doctor, Thriller and of course Monster Mash. The event starts at 7:30 pm. October 31st. Downtown Tecumseh’s Business District is having a Trick or Treat event. On the 31st, dress up in your scariest costume and starting at 12 noon, trick or treat the local businesses in downtown Tecumseh until 1:30 pm.
