1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of fresh cherries, washed, pitted and stems removed
¼ cup of milk
2-4 ice cubes

Now add two to four ice cubes to the blender and blend at high speed until all the ice is blended into fine pieces. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
