I’ve had cakes from both and have been very impressed with taste and price. You can also decorate your own homemade cake or cupcakes with Hello Kitty cake decorations that can be found and craft stores like AC Moore and Michaels.

What’s a birthday party without a goody bag? You can buy Hello Kitty loot bags at craft and party stores or Target for $2-3 and fill ’em up. Party City has tons of Hello Kitty favors and small toys like bubble necklaces, lip gloss, stickers and pencils. Or instead of a bag of small items, one large item. Target sells Hello Kitty beanie plush toys for $7.
