However, if you don’t like chocolate you could always get the strawberry flavored one and make a strawberry banana oat smoothie which is just as tasty. Now the way you make the chocolate banana oat smoothie is by peeling the 1 banana and tossing it into the blender, opening the drink packet and pouring that into the blender as well, and pouring in the ½ cup of ice and 1 ½ cups of soymilk or regular milk. Than what you do is turn your blender on high and blend all the ingredients together until it forms a nice creamy chocolate banana oat smoothie that will be tasty, filling, and good for you.
