She is speaking out and even called a world renowned lawyer at 3am Sunday morning in hopes of retaining her for what appears to be an up and coming battle. This battle will most likely take place with the media around the story of the “Tiger Woods affair with Rachel Uchitel”. Meanwhile, the Enquirer is sticking to their story stating they have proof for everything they have reported.
The Enquirer reports they have spent huge amounts of money, $25 thousand each for the two interviews with friends of Rachel Uchitel. Then they sent reporters around the globe to follow Rachel Uchitel who showed up in many of the spots where Tiger Woods was playing in his golf tournaments.
Rachel Uchitel denies knowing one of the women who gave the interview to the Enquirer, even mispronouncing her name to reporters. About an hour later a photo surfaced of Rachel Uchitel and the friend, who she never met, while they vacationed together in Spain.
TMZ is also holding fast to their story about Tiger Woods and the “accident” he had on Friday night. There was no blood on the steering wheel of Tiger Wood’s automobile after the accident, TMZ reports; this gives even more evidence to the claims that Tiger’s wife, Elin Woods, was the one who injured Tiger and not the accident. They have it from a good source that Tiger and Elin Woods were arguing just before the accident. Tiger and Elin Woods both reported to the police that Elin broke out a window of Tiger’s car to get him out after the accident occurred. Police and anyone who has read that report were baffled by the fact that this would need to happen. Tiger’s vehicle was going slowly when he crashed, so slow, that his airbags did not deploy, yet he had lacerations and blood about the face.
It was later reported that it was his wife, Elin Woods that scratched up his face while in an argument with Tiger before he got into the accident. She also continued out into the driveway striking Tiger’s vehicle with one of his golf clubs, knocking a window out.
There was one 911 call made that night to police about the accident and it was made by a neighbor. The neighbor called to report the accident. Neither Tiger Woods nor Elin Woods called police. Tiger Woods was mumbling when the police arrived. He was lying on the street with his face bloody. His wife, Elin, was leaning over him.
Elin Woods reported she needed to break a back passenger window to get Tiger out. This statement does not make sense, considering the vehicle did not receive major damage. Police will be making a third attempt to interview Tiger Woods about the accident today when the two officers who are in charge of the report come on duty at 3pm today.
