A 26-year-old Orlando waitress named Julie Postle has been outed by the New York Post as the latest in the growing army of alleged mistresses Tiger Woods enjoyed as marriage enhancers. The Post revealed Postle, who apparently now resides in Houston, Texas, through ex-boyfriend, Brian Kimbrough, who worked as a bartender while his girlfriend slept with Woods. Kimbrough asserts that Woods pursued Julie Postle after he met her at the Roxy Night Club in Orlando (where Postle and Kimbrough worked) in 2004 up to and even after he married Elin Nordegren. But a little research seems to suggest that Julie Postle is alleged Mistress #9, formerly known only as an unidentified female on any of a myriad Tiger Woods mistress list, the woman reportedly wanting to keep her name private to protect her corporate position.
It now looks if there has been a change in plans…
Kimbrough told the Post that Tiger Woods called his then-girlfriend incessantly under the name “Mr. Brightside,” a reference to a Killers song about a jealous lover. Kimbrough even admitted that the affair with Woods didn’t bother him at first because he was just dating Postle. But as time went by and he became more serious, having his girlfriend as Tiger Woods’ mistress did matter. Julie Postle told him she stopped seeing Woods. They eventually broke up and she moved to Houston, but a recent call from her asking for his cell phone records from 2004 and 2005 (she used his phone and several others that fielded calls from the golfer) to prove the affair, he knew she had misled him.
The Post found corroboration in Nola Coles, the mother of a roommate of Julie Postle. She told the paper that Morgan Coles’ phone records were sought as well — and for the same reason: Woods would sometimes call Postle on Morgan Coles’ phone. Nola, honestly pragmatic, said she once told Postle that she should “get a condo out of this.” She said Postle told her that she “couldn’t do that to Tiger.”
But she’s doing it now.
Julie Postle’s attorney, Michael O’Quinn, had no comment on the matter for the Post. O’Quinn also represents Mindy Lawton, the diner waitress that had a sordid affair and who described every intimate detail of her alleged affair with Tiger Woods to the British tabloid News of the World.
In the event that the reader has given up even trying to count the number of mistresses (alleged) to have been part of Tiger Woods’ current scandal drama, you can check out the Tiger Woods Mistress Scorecard, which just added Julie Postle to the mistress list at #9. Why #9 and not, say, #15? Unless there is another Orlando waitress with corporate position that is represented by Michael O’Quinn and is alleging an affair with Tiger Woods, then she’s that formerly unidentified female. How many could there be?
(Alright, at the rate they’re popping up there could be dozens, but we’re working on a “no coincidences” basis here.)
