Resolving stress in a person’s life can be the line between health and illness. Having suffered from panic attacks and agoraphobia learning to deal with stress helped save my life. Stress is one thing that can affect many diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, panic attacks, depression; even colds and flu can be affected by stress.

Stress Resolution Tip #1 – Love yes love can be a method for reducing a person’s stress. What this means is that our built-in selfishness can cause feelings of fear and hostility in other people, which in turn causes us stress. It is well known that people cannot be filled with love all the time, what we can do however is remove a large degree of the negative factors in our lives.
Stress Resolution Tip #2 – Reducing the negative factors in our lives means that each person has the ability to sit back and look at each negative situation and decide if that situation is important. After looking at the stressful situation and making the decision then act on that decision. If the stressful situation is important then problem solve the situation to fix it. If it is not important to the entire well being of you then let it go.
Stress Resolution Tip #3 – Seek positive power in your life. By this I mean seek the company of friends and relatives that think positive about situations. Happiness and positive thoughts and deeds can keep a person calm and content.
Stress Resolution Tip #4 – Think of others first – if a situation stresses you out then it is logical that it will stress out others around you. For example – arguing about a situation that cannot be changed can make everyone around you feel stressed and negative. Leave these issues and things to others, if you cannot change something then harping about it cannot help eliminate the situation or condition.
Stress Resolution Tip #5 – Enough rest, it is proven that each of us needs a certain amount of rest in order to stay on track. Try and keep your life in order, get the proper amount of rest so that when the morning alarm awakens you rising is enjoyable not stressful on your mind and body.
Stress Resolution Tip #6 – Exercise and eating right can help keep the human body healthy and by being healthy a person can keep stress from their life. Eat right, walk, or exercise each and every day so that the feelings of self-esteem are fed well.
Stress Resolution Tip #7 – If there is a need for help with anything in your life and that means anything from cleaning your home to sorting out money problems seek help with the situation. Help for these life stressors can come from family, friends or even professionals.
Each one of us will experience stress we cannot live our lives completely stress free. Just knowing however that we can control some of the stressors and even keep some away can be enough to help keep us all happy and healthy.
