In the end, it is a real top of the line academy where you can dedicate your studies solely to the subject and career of acupuncture.
A second place would have to be a bit father south: Southwest Acupuncture College located in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM. Now if you enjoy the hot weather year round and the study of acupuncture, then this is definitely your “hot spot” to study. Now being another one of those unique colleges, they do have special requirements for those wishing to attend their college. They are looking for people who have expressed previous interest in oriental medicine and have excelled in it throughout their high school years. Now most importantly they are looking for true interest in the subject matter, an interest that can only be had with true commitment from a student. Basically they want students who are committed to furthering their knowledge and career in the teaching of acupuncture. They are open to accepting any foreign students as well and pride themselves in being a racially diverse college with many races and cultures to show for the name of their college.
Third on the list is a smaller Institute located in Ohio. It is called the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, with many different medicinal practices and career paths for each individual attendee. This is another Institute that works directly with programs in China to provide only the highest level of teaching physically available to them. Now not only do they specialize in the field of acupuncture, but they offer a broad more variety of fields in the scientific area. They pride themselves with what they have to offer to the student. This is a great place to attend if you are unsure of a specific science career, but at the same time knowing that a science career is one you wish to achieve in life. They can help you set your goals and also succeed to the best of their abilities.
Fourth would be a rather large place located in New York. The Tri-State College of Acupuncture is known as one of the very top acupuncture colleges in America and ranks at the top in New York and several surrounding areas. It is a very prestigious college and takes true commitment if willing to further onto a career choice in the science field. Their acupuncture studies are far and beyond many others in the teachers and professors to give hands-on lessons and share some special experiences they have had in the field. They also have some of the top equipment that again can only be found in the labs of todays medical hospitals. If acupuncture is your career decision, you will find out fast if you are fit for the job or not here. They test you like no other, but it is only for you to succeed at the top level when it comes to someday proceeding onto the wealthy career of acupuncture.
